Chastity Alexander is a Habits & Self Confidence Coach who helps women deal with the effects of getting hotter with age. As in, help them find self love and healthy habits while dealing with menopause, life with kids, or avoiding mirrors at all costs.
Through her own self love and weight loss journey, she learned that change starts from the inside out, and empowers women to be internally fit through sustainable and effective habits.

Chastity wanted to share this with her audience on LinkedIn, but wasn’t sure where to start with her LinkedIn profile and content strategy.
“I had been following you for a little while and you advertised the ICON Package one day and I was like "Oh I NEED THAT!"
Solution: Hire a personal brand coach and elevate to ICON status
Per usual, Chastity and I got started with the ICON Assessment – my signature set of questions that gets deep and personal to set the foundation for our work together.
She didn’t hold anything back and I was devouring every bit of her story as I first read it through!
I also conducted a personal brand audit to see what she was already doing well, and where she could leverage her personal brand even more.
She was in the right direction with her content so I was glad to see it! But her LinkedIn profile was a little bare, so I made recommendations on what to improve to really capture the attention of her audience.
Then, we had our strategy call and talked through more of Chastity’s story so far and where she was headed.
From there, I got to work on her founder’s story and LinkedIn bio to highlight her personal experience and passions that align with how she can help others, too.
She said she was surprised “that I have more information inside of me than I would have ever thought!”
We didn’t stop there, though. The last part of our work together was delivering her “Show Up” Roadmap that included 20 content ideas for her to share, and resources on becoming more visible with her business.
“She knows just how to get information out of you and to help guide you with that information. My brand story she put together is phenomenal.”
Since we worked together she’s been on fire with her personal brand and staying consistent with her audience. I’m a proud coach over here!
Why I loved this project
Chastity is pure sunshine from the second you meet her and so passionate about helping others build healthy habits and self confidence.
Knowing her personal story made it that much more magical and helping her strategize how to show up even more was an honor!
Whenever she makes her way to Greenville, SC, we’re going to take over and paint the town red!
